Strawberry Chocolate

Culinary arts : Strawberry Chocolate

180 g fresh strawberries
120 g milk or dark chocolate,
broken into small pieces. 

1. Melt the chocolate. You can microwave it in blasts, using the defrost function to heat up the chocolate then stir it to melt.
Alternatively, melt the chocolate in a deep dish over a pot of gently simmering water, taking care not to let the base of dish touch the water.
2. Prepare a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Holding the strawberries, dip each one into melted chocolate. Place the tray the tray in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set and harden before serving. Enjoy!
